Technology Succession
At our company, many veteran employees take the lead in daily operations. However, since the successors are younger employees, there is a significant technical gap, making a well-planned succession schedule essential.
As part of our in-house SDGs initiatives, we aim to address this challenge by implementing the following measures:

『Integration of KPIs into the succession schedule』
These initiatives will be managed by a committee composed solely of young employees. By doing so, we seek to enhance their awareness and efficiency in the succession process, ultimately overcoming the challenges associated with technological transfer.

Addressing the Issue of Declining Interest in Science
What can companies do to combat the global issue of declining interest in science?
One possible answer—though not our own—is to cultivate a "scientific mindset." This means bringing real-world scientific experiments into educational institutions, conducted by actual companies and professionals.
Imagine if the number of companies engaging in this effort grew from one to ten, then from ten to a hundred. By that time, there would surely be more children who have developed a genuine love for science.
We believe that those who work in the field should take an active role in education, and we are committed to making this vision a reality.

SDGs"SDGs" for the greater good

Donations to the Saitama NPO Fund
This initiative aims to give back to society by contributing to NPO funds, primarily in Saitama Prefecture, as part of our company’s growth. We allocate a dedicated budget to ensure these donations are made on an ongoing basis.
Of course, corporate responsibility plays a significant role in this effort. Without the company’s growth, such donations would not be possible. To prevent that from happening, we are committed to protecting and expanding our business. Through the hard work of our employees, we will continue to create opportunities to contribute to society.
