This heater controller makes easy to temperature control for electrical furnace that within temperature control system and power control for heater. A precise temperature can be adjusted by an external connection for power supply,a heater,temperature censer and the panel setting.

 Features compact and high efficiency using the thyristor phase control method.
 Able to suppress rush current loads by soft-up signal setting.
 Able to suppress upper limit by damping signal setting.
 Transformer load is applicable.
Temperature Adjuster
 Setting is programmed in each keys for easy operations.
 Auto-tuning function is equipped to find the most suitable PID for the process.
 Indicates abnormal conditions due to breaking of a thermocouple wire.
